A reverse-chronological run through what I've built, and how each thing shaped how I work.

2026 · Indie app

Cats Lock

A Mac app I built because my cat kept climbing on my keyboard. It locks the keyboard with one click, or detects the cat and locks on its own. Since launch it's been covered by Engadget, 9to5Mac, and MacRumors and climbed the Mac App Store Utilities charts. Version 2.0, a full redesign, ships September 30, and building it taught me to run a product end to end: design, code, marketing, all of it.

2026 · Developer tool

Resurrector

A Chrome extension I built to scratch my own itch: it redirects production URLs to a local server, so you can test against real site behavior without the usual dance. It quietly picked up 100+ developers and a 5-star rating, a good reminder that the small tools you make for yourself are often the ones other people needed too.

2021 – Present · Senior Software Engineer

Paramount+

I lead engineering on Paramount+'s streaming experiences across TV and the web, most recently the Multiview player, where you watch several live feeds at once. My job is turning messy product and technical constraints into something that just plays, reliably, for millions of people during live events. It's also where I learned to lead: setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and keeping a lot of moving parts pointed the same way.

2020 – 2021 · Senior Software Engineer in Test

PennyMac

My first move into big-company backend engineering. I built automation and validation tooling across a Node and AWS stack that cut runtime errors by about 40% and made releases a lot less scary. Coming from scrappy startups, this is where I learned how quality and process actually scale.

Echoing Green

Before I was full-time in tech, I worked in operations at Echoing Green while freelancing on the side, helping run the fellowship that backs early social entrepreneurs. Sitting with those applications, and the founders behind them, was a real education in equity and social impact. I came in for a job and left thinking differently about the work worth doing.

2013 – 2016 · Digital Platforms Lead

JASH

JASH was a comedy collective started by Sarah Silverman, Michael Cera, Tim & Eric, and Reggie Watts, and I built and scaled its digital home. I owned the platform and the publishing pipelines behind a multi-million-viewer audience, my first taste of turning a creative vision into real technical infrastructure, and where comedy and engineering first collided for me.

2009 – 2013

Team Coco

Where it all started. I worked for Team Coco, Conan O'Brien's company, coordinating production across Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Tonight Show, and Conan on TBS. I built the digital asset systems that got video and graphics to editors and to air every night, on deadline, a crash course in precision under pressure that still shapes how I build software today. That's me on the left in the photo.

Conan Classic Golf

A celebrity charity golf tournament I founded and run in Los Angeles, wrangling comedic talent, logistics, and sponsors to raise money for local nonprofits. It's the most fun I know of to put the entrepreneurial and comedy sides of my brain to work at the same time (and an excuse to play more golf).
